It is the process through which Travelodge introduce new product and offer something unique to customers.
3. Customers relation
It is the process through which Travelodge interact to their current and new potential customers.

Strategy Formulation – Travelodge is a renowned brand though it has to formulate strategies for competing in the challenging world. They started getting connected with the online travel agencies. Secondly they started utilizing the advantage of social media-paid advertising on Instagram, twitter, Facebook. This will help the group to attract large number of customers. This social media advertising strategy can be used as a part of social selling strategy.

Product Development -  Travelodge group of hotels, Besides focusing only on its room services it leads to change in the product development. They started a new children's club, started offering a family breakfast experience including children's buffet table, giving special focus on honeymoon packages and started spa experiences. New bars and restaurants have opened leading industry to web based communication.


Customer Relation -  Travelodge group of hotel, make customer relation department whose main focus is on the maintaining and retaining current customers and attracting the new audiences. For they they started activities likes wishing birthday, anniversary, asking for feedback, inform old customers about new package or activities which is going to organise in hotel, organize activities to attract new customers and give attractive offers to new customers.
